Office Manager
Ability to Assist with permits
Handle incoming phone calls, leads, service issues, and work scheduling
Call local jurisdictions for inspections on work completed
Input customer contacts and sales leads in the ERP system
Input sales orders in the ERP system
Process completed work orders in the ERP system
Process Point of Sale tickets in the ERP system
Process Service Tickets in the ERP system
Input Accounts receivable in the ERP system
Call on account receivables for payment
Complete Bank Deposits
Reconcile Bank Deposits in the ERP system
Basic journal entries
Complete Corporate reports
Basic accounting knowledge
Basic knowledge about P & L as well as Balance Sheet
Pull reports when necessary.
File all contracts
Three years of construction accounting and office management experience experience are necessary.
Five years plus experience with Excel and Word.
