We are looking for a responsible Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees and assisting in daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to organize their work using MS Excel and willingness to work within frequently changing priorities. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Packing the items by seeing the packing slip and keep the package ready for pickup
- Printing the return label and sending it to the client
- File organization and document preparation.
- Collect and manage incoming mail, email, and other correspondence;
- Print the document and mail it to the insurance.
- Create packing slips, invoices and send to customers;
- Basic data entry tasks as needed.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
