Proficiency in the following is a must:
administrating a power dialer
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
Adobe Acrobat (pdf files)
Common sense tasks such as printing, filing (File Explorer in Windows).
Contacting clients to collect fees past due
Collating data, and responsibility for sales lead distribution and reporting.
You must also be able to communicate well, work with others, and be willing to do a variety of tasks as they come up. This is not a work alone position, be prepared to work with a team, inside our office.
