We are looking for a enthusiastic and hardworking receptionist/ customer service representative who will be a great long-term fit. Experience in kitchen design & countertop sales Marble, Granite, and Quartz is beneficial. Candidate must be self-starter who possesses strong organizational, administrative, computer skills. Must have the ability to establish priorities, work well under pressure in busy environment, anticipate schedule demands and meet deadlines.
Job Description:
. Be courteous and hospitable to all customers
. Answering inbound and outbound sales calls
. Schedule customer appointments
. Responds to all emails and calls in a timely manner
. Create customer/job invoice and files
. Maintain files of customers and vendors up to date and in order
. Assist customers in appropriate material selection
Full-Time 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
