Looking for part-time person to handle multiple single family properties. You can make your own schedule but must at least be able to offer as needed afternoon/evenings and weekends. Tasks are standard property management items such as painting, patching, stucco, light plumbing, light carpentry, basic electrical. This job is perfect for retired, semi retired or someone looking with flexible schedule and would like stability. This is not a daily job and can be feast or famine.
