Attorney owned and operated real estate title company searching for an experienced Real Estate Closer. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a residential Real Estate Closer and be able to process a file from its opening stages to post-closing. Some responsibilities include communicating with clients throughout transaction, clearing title issues, preparing documents for closing, balancing files, coordinating closings, handling disbursements, preparing policies and e-recording.
