Responsibilities include:
Greeting and engaging customers when they enter the store
Quickly understanding customer needs and provide options and solutions
Exceed Customer Expectations
Pack and Ship unique and fragile items of all shapes and sizes.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Perform daily operational procedures including inventory management,
POS opening/closing procedures, and counting and balancing cash drawers
RESPONSIBILITIES
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
Takes ownership of customers’ packing, shipping, and/or print problems and offers viable solutions
Empathizes and manages demanding, impatient, and/or frustrated customers to turn a stressful event into a positive experience
Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and properly cushioning contents
Manages the logistics of small to medium projects, follows through to completion, and updates all parties as needed
Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
Open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
Retail/customer service experience
Good communication and people skills
Must be resourceful and good at problem solving
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Adobe Suites is a Plus
Able to lift 30 pounds
Non-smoking environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and Sundays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14/hour; Raise after 60 days; ; + monthly bonus

Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
