I'm a State Licensed General Contractor seeking a salesperson to get leads for commercial projects.
This is not a salaried position.
I've been licensed since 2007 and have completed over 200 remodeling projects from 2012 to 2020. I moved to the Treasure Coast 2 yeas ago and decided to focus exclusively on commercial projects. See requirements below.
> Martin & St Lucie County only
> Commercial Projects from 1,000 to 10,000 SQ FT - small & mid-sized restaurants, medical offices, day spas, salons/barbershops, specialty eateries, etc
> Must be friendly & outgoing
> Must be willing to visit property management and realty offices in person
Pay structure:
Projects between $100K - $200K > $3,000
Projects between $200K - $300K > $4,000
Projects between $300K - $400K > $5,000
Projects between $400K - $500K > $6,000
Projects between $500K - $600K > $7,000
