In this role, you will be responsible for verifying incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Verify caller information and assess their needs.
Accurately transfer calls to the appropriate agent or department.
Maintain detailed records of call interactions and outcomes.
Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
