Assist customers in the picking and choosing of their personal defense side arm.
Have some basic knowledge and understanding of the firearm industry and what it involves.
MUST have a good personality and be able to connect with customers.
MUST have self motivation to always stay on task and find something to do.
A great candidate for this job will have an open mind to listen to the customer's needs or wants and be able to present them with a choice that meets and satisfies there want, budget, and level of experience.
We provide many other retail items such as (Cleaning Supplies, Survival, Lights/Lasers, Magazines, Body Armor, Non-Lethal Defense. etc.) which you would have to familiarize yourself with if you don't already know them.
We provide courses for customers to learn different trainings and be safer and more proficient all around with their personal defense side arm.
This is an industry governed by multiple government agencies so candidate must not have any felonies or charges in which constitutional rights have been taken or restricted.
Must not be addicted to any drugs and not be an alcoholic or consume any alcohol during the duration of your shift, even at lunch.
MUST always show respect while handling of a firearm and always be respectful to all staff members and customers.
