The Position:
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in our Sebastian, Florida location. This is a unique opportunity for a nationwide representative to support our products in the Hydroponic field. This job will require travel, and is a Hydroponics/Cannabis market focused customer service/sales position. This position is responsible for developing and delivering an annual sales plan; developing and delivering sales objectives and strategies in alignment with overall market and corporate direction; developing recommendations regarding opportunities to maximize sales through sound market research and data that match our core competencies and providing oversight and management of sales force to ensure current customer and profit base is retained and grown.
Qualifications
The minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related degree, with a minimum of 3 – 8 years of sales team management experience (having direct reports). Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years direct sales experience, including at least 3 – 5 years with Hydroponics/Cannabis experience.
Salary: $66 - 72K per year DOE
