We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling and provide our clients with a full-service experience—from design to completion. Our showroom allows customers to see and select materials for their projects all in one place, making the renovation process simple and stress-free.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen and Bathroom Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in home remodeling sales, kitchen and bath design, or a related field. You’ll meet with clients in our showroom and in their homes, help them choose materials, and guide them through the remodeling process from start to finish.
This position can be straight commission or base plus commission—details will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients in our showroom and at project sites
Listen to customer needs and provide tailored design and renovation solutions
Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts
Collaborate with our project management team to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads
Help maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, kitchen/bath design, or home remodeling preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Basic computer skills (email, CRM, design software a plus)
Reliable transportation
Compensation
Commission-based or Base + Commission (discussed during interview)
Potential for strong earnings based on performance
