As a Stride Force Solutions Sales Representative, youâll provide a
consultative approach to create a personalized solution that best fits the needs of each
individual client. A multi-line product portfolio provides an increased ability to cross-sell.

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements:
- Strong ethical principles
- Self-motivation and drive with the ability to work independently and/or with others
- Ability to communicate well and earn peopleâs trust
- Excellent time-management and phone skills
- Desire to strive for more
- Passion for making a difference in the community
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Florida 2-15 license or 2-40
