We've got a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team. Right Way Enclosures, Concrete and Pavers specialize in custom screen enclosures and concrete projects, and we need a motivated individual to help our clients bring their vision to life.
About the Job:
This is an outside sales position where we provide all the leads—you just need to bring your sales expertise and passion for helping people. You will be responsible for visiting clients' homes, accurately taking measurements, and providing detailed, written estimates for their projects. Your main goal is to connect with clients, understand their vision for their home improvement, and help them see how our work can make that a reality.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a sales pro with a proven track record in home services. Ideal candidates will have experience in one of the following areas:
Screen Enclosures
Concrete/Masonry
Landscaping
Another form of home service sales
You must be great at building rapport and have a keen eye for detail when putting together proposals. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are essential, as you'll be traveling to client homes.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with a draw, so your earning potential is directly tied to your success.
