As a sales associate you will be responsible to:
Respond to new leads/intakes
Be able get on a roof perform inspection of the roof
Prepare estimates & budgets
Present contracts for signatures
Work with office personnel to ensure proper paperwork has been completed
Collect deposits, intermediate and final payments
Be available during production to address customer concerns/questions
Present final paperwork and warranties at job completion
Ensure that the company met customers needs
