Position: Sales Advisor/Estimator
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Sales Advisor/Estimator to join our team in the Palm Beach County area. This position covers the territory from Palm Beach to Martin County, with regular meetings at our home offices in Hobe Sound. This role offers comprehensive training and a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in the residential and commercial repaint industry. As well as, long term career opportunities inside our franchise business.
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to and implement the Premium Painters Sales Advisor/Estimator manual.
Proactively generate new leads to drive sales growth.
Effectively communicate with customers to set clear expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Manage painting crews and oversee project execution.
Handle multiple sales projects and tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
Qualifications
2–3 years of proven sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
