Job Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Sales Representative to join our team in the Port St. Lucie area. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a solid understanding of construction environments, and their own reliable vehicle. This role involves promoting and selling a range of construction services including demolition, excavation, concrete cutting, pour backs, post-tension repair, job site cleanup, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients in the construction industry.
Promote company services to contractors, builders, and property managers
Schedule and attend job site meetings and walk-throughs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain activity reports and coordinate with internal departments
Travel locally within the assigned territory
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in construction or related fields
Must speak English
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and organized
