Premium Painters is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Manager to join our team in Hobe Sound, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who can take charge of our sales operations, hire and train new sales representatives, and help expand additional locations.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily sales and operations for the Hobe Sound amd palm beach locations
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
Implement and manage our proven sales process
Maintain strong organizational systems and ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with leadership to help open and grow new Premium Painters locations
Monitor performance metrics, set goals, and drive results
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales management or operations (painting industry experience is a plus but not necessary)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to train and motivate a team to meet and exceed goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly driven, professional, and process-oriented
