Position: Solar Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and our products.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community events.
Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer energy needs and recommend tailored solar solutions.
Prepare and present solar proposals, addressing customer questions and concerns.
Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Previous sales experience, preferably in solar or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with solar technology and industry trends is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
