You may be wondering why we are posting a telemarketing position under Management. The reason is that this telemarketing contact position has the potential to lead to being a group business unit manager.
This is not a cold calling telemarketing position. We have a product that is an established brand that is already well known in the hydroponics industry, as well as the High-end sport fishing and hunting lodge community. This person will access our current
database of Hydroponics customers as well as Marketing Information we have.
The fundamental responsibility of this position will be to make 300 contacts In the first 7 to 10 weeks on the job. If you are capable of making 300 contacts prior to that YOU WILL BE REWARDED.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not necessary. If you have one in marketing, business administration or related, it may guarantee you an interview, depending on other factors. If you have three years of sales team management experience, that would qualify you for the group business unit manager position immediately. However, as we stated in the job posting [telemarketing professional $65-$125] if you have telemarketing experience and want to grow into a management position, this is an ideal and rare opportunity.
Salary: $65K - $120K per year DOE
