Handy-man for repair and maintains to our apartments.
Some experience in plumbing
Some experience in electric
Basic carpentry
Dry-wall and painting
Must know basic air condition
On top of showing your technical experience you need to have:
Valid driving licenses
Car in reasonable condition
Clean records, and drug free
Working cellphone
