Assistant Project Manager at Island Homes and Renovations

Island Homes and Renovations is committed to transforming spaces and delivering exceptional results in the home remodeling industry. As a General Contractor were looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in our projects, collaborating with various task to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes. You will be working together with our Senior project Manager. This position alos over time could lead to a Project Manager as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively as a team player to support project goals.
- Meet with inspectors at job sites to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.
- Assist in the delivery of materials to job locations.
- Being a team player
- Coordinate with subcontractors at customer homes to facilitate project progress.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the home remodeling industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record. As you would be driving a company vehicle.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

After 3 months of continued employment you will get paid holidays
Health, vision and dental insurance available after 90 days as well.
After 6 months of employment you will receive a one weed paid vacation.
Compensation:
- Salaried position with a starting pay range of $800 to $1000 per week, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend work required.
