Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinetry Technician to handle cabinet and countertop repair, adjustment, replacement, and installation tasks. This role requires proficiency in all aspects of cabinetry, including laminating, refinishing, and installing, to ensure high-quality finished work.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all assigned tasks related to cabinet and countertop repair, adjustment, finishing, and installation within the designated time frames.
- Maintain regular communication with the supervisor or manager about job location, work status, tool and supply needs, delays and reasons, concerns, and daily progress.
- Perform daily checks and maintenance on company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles, reporting any issues to the Service Manager.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and follow the organizational flow for paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance in accordance with CCTC’s attendance policy.
- Certification from a technical trade school in woodworking or carpentry; experience in cabinet manufacturing or installation is preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Proficiency with hand tools, tape measure, and power tools.
- Strong written communication skills to accurately complete reports and work orders.
- Effective verbal communication skills for clear telephone interactions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as shop drawings, blueprints, technical procedures, product specifications, and company policies, as well as maps and directions.

- Including but not limited to; Hammer Drill, Screwdrivers, Hand Saw, Cell Phone, Table Saw, Chop Saw, Jig Saw, Router, Sander, Air Compressor, Tape Measure, Generator.
