Experienced RV Technician – Full-Time (Stuart, FL)
CTM Customs – Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
CTM Customs is expanding our RV Division and looking for a highly skilled, full-time RV Technician to join our growing team in Stuart, Florida. This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in precision work, craftsmanship, and electrical/mechanical expertise.
About the Role
You’ll be working hands-on with Leisure Travel Vans, Mercedes Sprinter, and Ford Transit RVs, performing advanced upgrades and conversions. Your work will directly impact how customers experience off-grid and luxury RV travel.
Primary Responsibilities
Install and wire solar panels, lithium battery systems, and inverters/chargers
Integrate DC-DC chargers, solar charge controllers, and boondocking systems
Perform generator deletes and shore power conversions
Upgrade suspension systems, wheels, tires, sway bars, and shocks
Install aftermarket lighting and accessories (interior/exterior)
Diagnose and repair 12V and 120V systems with accuracy and safety
Maintain clean, professional workmanship that represents the CTM Customs standard
Qualifications
3+ years experience in RV, marine, or automotive upfitting (electrical & mechanical)
Strong understanding of 12V/24V DC and 120V AC systems
Proficiency with tools, wiring, and fabrication
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and professional attitude
Compensation:
Full-time / Monday–Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
