We are a Martin County, Florida–based erosion control and environmental services contractor. We install and maintain BMPs, hydroseeding, silt fence, turbidity barriers, inlet protection, revegetation, and other erosion control solutions for commercial, municipal, and residential clients.
We are looking for an experienced Erosion Control Foreman who can lead a field crew, manage daily operations, and ensure work is completed safely and to spec.
Responsibilities:
Lead field crew in installation of erosion and sediment control BMPs
Read plans, follow job scopes, and manage daily site tasks
Ensure proper installation of silt fence, turbidity barriers, hydroseeding prep, straw mulch, wattles, inlet protection, etc.
Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, and small equipment
Complete daily logs, photos, and basic paperwork
Coordinate with Project Managers on schedule, materials, and crew needs
Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites
Interact professionally with customers and inspectors
Qualifications:
Field experience in erosion control required (experience level can vary)
Foreman, lead, crew leader, or senior installer experience preferred
Strong understanding of erosion control BMPs and installation standards
Ability to manage and motivate crews
Reliable, hardworking, and hands-on
Able to work outdoors in all conditions
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required)
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work
