Flexible hours Easy going work environment applicant must have clean record. Must have own tools and transportation and be responsive.
Applicant must be able to do quick turn-around when a vacancy occurs. This includes cleaning, removing furniture, painting, and all repairs to get the unit ready for a new tenant. Must be able to replace broken items such as toilets, faucets, light switches, window glass, stove burners, water heaters, doors, drywall, paint, carpentry, light plumbing and electrical. Past repair experience required.
