We are looking for an experienced HVLP Spray Technician or a hand’s on type/ trainable person to join our team and grow with us. Most of our jobs are completed within 45 minutes to 4 or 5 hours so there is a lot of variety daily.

Pay can easily exceed 1kweekly while staying under a 40 hour work week for the person with the right skills and ability.

Proficiency with an HVLP Sprayer to apply new finishes is ideal, as well as some knowledge on general plumbing and knowing how to work with your hands and mind to achieve great results.
Potential employees must have a clean & valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between Sebastian to West Palm area (for customer jobs, most work is St. Lucie and Martin county right now; ideally we would like to start expanding south)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work tasks with efficiency is critical as is attention to detail
Professionalism: Interact with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner and be neat in appearance
Managing your truck, equipment, and materials are required before you log off each day
Qualifications and Skills Summary: Previous experience/Proficiency with an HVLP Sprayer to apply new finishes is ideal, as well as some knowledge on general plumbing and knowing how to work with your hands and mind to achieve great results. Auto painting/autobody/marine repair and finishing, bathtub refinishing, or other related fields would provide sufficient experience to be considered for the position. Strong attention to detail; Strong work ethic; Friendly and professional demeanor; Be a team player, work with integrity and maintain loyalty to the company.
What we do:
Repair and Refinishing of hard surfaces. This includes cleaning, masking/taping, sanding, etc. of Tubs (Steel, Iron Fiberglass, etc.), Tiles, Countertops, and many other hard surfaces found in residential and commercial properties.

FAQ- Hours of Operation: Most of our projects are scheduled between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Typically the jobs are completed by 3pm (depending on your pace).

Pay: Based based on experience. In Training we offer $14 hourly, evaluated weekly for growth (first month raises common!). 12 Weeks is average training period.
