About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of landscaping practices and be willing to travel between Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties as needed. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that all landscape projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise landscape crews and daily operations on multiple job sites
Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment as needed
Manage scheduling, materials, and job site logistics
Train and guide crew members on landscaping techniques and best practices
Communicate with management and clients regarding project progress and needs
Drive between work sites across Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices
Ability to lead a team and work independently
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous supervisory or crew leader experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
