Our main concern is out next 5 star review. Our existing craftsmen do not want to return to their old bosses.
We are seeking an experienced master bathroom remodeler.
Must have a van or truck with trailer and most tools.
We are full service, not just bathrooms, so experienced interior carpenter skills are a must.
Must be able to make sense to the customer, maintaining customer confidence and control from start to finish.
We do high line projects for perfectionist customers, tedious high detail work that needs to be performed in a logical to the customer manner. Detail os more important than speed.
We do one project at a time start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must understand the progression for the most complex remodel in the house.
Must be able to manage subcontractors and helpers.
Must be able to make an accurate list of rough materials (provided) needed to complete the project
Must be able to tie in final details to “perfection”
Pay is simple you name it. If you can’t figure your cost, you will need more experience.
