We are seeking an experienced Greenhouse Grower to lead our greenhouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of crop production, including maintaining, growing, fertilizing, watering schedules, labor management, and ensuring pristine conditions around the greenhouses. Responsibilities include coordinating planting schedules, harvesting crops timely to prevent spoilage, and leading/mentoring team members for professional development.
