Seeking a self-motivated, Outdoor Grounds Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of essential upkeep tasks throughout the property. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors in all seasons. Duties include, but not limited to performing general groundskeeping, plumbing, pool, irrigation, maintenance & repair duties. Maintenance of common areas to include periodic removal of storm debris & monitoring of common areas to ensure areas are clear & safe. Cleaning of pool, clubhouse & bathrooms. Set up & breakdown of tables & chairs for community meetings & events. Reports to maintenance director & head of maintenance. Experience & technical skills required in general maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, electrical & construction. Must be physically able to perform duties requiring lifting up to 50 lbs., and possess strong problem-solving skills, performing all tasks with attention to detail. Required to have a valid Florida driver's license and speak English.
