Busy restaurant is looking for a dependable, reliable, and qualified on-site maintenance technician with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Duties to include, but not limited to…
Physically examining the property on a regular basis
Troubleshooting any needs for the property
Maintaining landscaping, utilities, parking lot, signage, etc
Generally maintaining and improving the quality of the building
Maintaining public areas in a clean and safe fashion
Adhering to all maintenance and purchasing directives
Fixing small items
Executing preventive maintenance program
Creating work orders
Coordinating with vendors
Filing maintenance reports
Managing materials in storage
Managing repairs and maintenance with vendors, and ensuring the proper care of the property
Supervising outside contractors working on the Property.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications…
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3-5 Maintenance Experience
Ability to read and write in English
Knowledge of Restaurant Functions
Dependable and reliable
Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving and accountability skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take direction and adjust their approach and priorities as needed based on changing circumstances or new information, even when working without direct supervision.
