```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct quality inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with sub-contractors and office guys to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
```Qualifications```
-ATLEAST 1 YEAR IN NEWCONSTRUCTION PAINTING.
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance roles
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and processes
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
