We're looking for a reliable and motivated Painter / Stainer Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with some experience in painting, staining, or working with wood who is ready to build their skills in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with surface preparation, sanding, taping, and masking
- Support staining and painting projects on various surfaces (wood, metal, etc.)
- Maintain tools, work areas, and materials
- Learn techniques and processes from experienced team members
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Seeking:
Some experience with painting, staining, or general labor involving tools
A good work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Ability to take direction and work independently or as part of a team
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
Bonus if You Have:
Experience with wood finishing or furniture restoration
Familiarity with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
