Position 1:
Roofing Superintendent
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our dynamic team at Roof Assurance Exchange. This position is integral to our operations, overseeing both our internal crew and subcontracted teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage roofing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Assemble and lead a crew for large-scale projects when needed.
Oversee internal roofing crews (4-6 members) and subcontracted teams.
Ensure safety protocols and project timelines are met.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of roofing experience; superintendent experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
Extensive knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
Strong industry network to source and coordinate crews effectively.
Compensation:
Paid by the square foot of roofing installed, ensuring competitive and performance-based earnings. Also paid an additional stipend as a retainer, regardless of work available.
