Remove existing roofing system to plywood deck. Clean substrate to allow for a pliable surface. and put back and to verify that projects are ready to pass dry-in and/or final inspections.
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, tools all a plus.
Experience with all types roofing systems, including tile metal shingles and built-up asphalt, is ideal.
Must be able to climb ladders
Must be able to work at varying heights and all weather.
