All American Signs and Graphics is a family-owned, full-service signs and graphics shop in Port Saint Lucie, Fl. and is seeking a Sign Maker and a Production/ Installation Leader. Are you already a seasoned vinyl sign shop employee? Are you that experienced sign industry craftsperson who is looking for that next career step from Sign Shop worker to Sign Shop Leader? All American Signs and Graphics needs an experienced Sign Maker and a Production/ Installation Leader to join our team. You will be working with State-of-the-Art equipment Sign Making equipment (i.e. Epson SureColor S60600 Printer, Graphtec Vinyl Cutter/Plotter, GFP 355th Laminator & Flexi Rollover Laminator Table, etc).
What we are specifically looking for is someone with…
· 5+ years of hands-on sign making experience
· Graphic design experience in SIGNS, specifically in the Adobe suite or similar.
· Experience with RIP software, specifically Onyx
· Color management and matching experience preferred
· Broad range Installation experience (surface vinyl applications, wraps, dimensional signs, etc.)
· Experience with face-to-face customer interactions
· Project management/workflow experience
· People leadership experience
· The drive of an entrepreneur
· Exceptional organizational skills
· A hunger to learn and grow professionally
· The ability to have fun
