Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced 1099 Subcontractor Cabinet Installers to provide high-quality installation services for cabinets and countertops on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cabinetry installation and a strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Install cabinets and countertops according to project specifications and design plans.
- Perform necessary adjustments, alignments, and modifications to ensure a precise fit and finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to provide updates on progress and address any issues.
- Provide clear and accurate documentation of completed work, including any issues encountered and resolutions applied.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cabinet and countertop installation, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, including assembly, installation, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and installation guides.
- Proficiency with a range of hand and power tools required for cabinetry installation.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and project managers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and own tools necessary for cabinet installation.
Requirements:
- Valid contractor’s license and insurance coverage.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying project requirements and schedules.
