L&A Consulting Pro is a Wireless Telecommunication Service Provider based in Fort Pierce FL.
Currently, we are seeking Tower Climbers with a minimum of 1 year experience preferred but not required for the
Treasure Coast area.
Specific qualifications & requirements include:
All Experienced Hands Apply
Minimum 1-year tower experience (Preferred)
Full Time W2, Paid Weekly
May stay out of town for a week at a time
Hotel paid by company, Per Diem put daily on Employee Card
Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record (Preferred)
Pre-employment Drug Screening
Ability to lift 70 lbs.
Must be able to work in a team environment
Able to follow instructions and have problem solving skills
Comtrain, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid/Bloodborne Pathogen, Rigging and RF Awareness
certificate (Company will update/train all certs)
The ability to climb tall structures (150 feet or more)
Installation of antenna system components such as RRU's, Antennas, TMA's, Diplexers,
COAX, Grounding, weatherproofing, connectors, hardware, etc.
Knowledge and ability to use the following test equipment is a huge plus (Antenna Analyzer,
Pim Master, Fiber, Alignment tools)
Recognizes safety hazards and performs duties in a safe manner.
Must adhere to all Safety practices and procedures of L&A, Our Client, and Tower Owner
