Location: Must work on site - Fort Pierce, Florida
Hours: We are looking for Morning and Afternoon shift as well as some weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
Assigning loads, responding to emails, and providing logistical guidance for drivers and customers; learning our systems and managing routes is essential.
Tracking shipments via phone and motiv; resolving delivery delays and keeping on time delivery KPI's.
Communicating with drivers and customers and following standard operating procedures.
Updating records, communication and using dispatch software
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Good on the phone, skilled with computers.
Strong multitasking, problem solving and communication skills
A team-first attitude — experience and flexibility!
