What You’ll Do:

  • Enhance brand image through positive interactions with consumers in target markets

  • Provide amazing customer service and provide solutions to common inquiries/objections

  • Develop brand awareness by sharing the narrative across various mediums

  • Manage accounts, both at a consumer and client level

  • Track project performance to ensure successful and timely completion of all deliverables

  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional departments

As the Customer Service Assistant, we are looking for someone to assist with the management and maintenance of the brands’ unique story by sharing it with consumers in high-interest markets. Skills needed to ensure success in this role includes:

  • Ability to consistently provide excellent customer service

  • Possess organizational and time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Creative thinker and passion for multi-media coordination

  • Ability to quickly assess situations and provide solutions

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • 1-3 years professional experience working in a fast-paced environment; management or customer service experience is a plus

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete before a deadline

  • Solution-oriented thinker who can quickly assess issues

  • Self-starter and proactive leader

  • Excels working both independently as well as collaborating with a team
