We are seeking a professional and caring Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Telehealth Massachusetts team! Under the direction of the Program Director, the EMDR Outpatient Therapist will provide specialized services and care to our Telehealth patients in Massachusetts in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. $45/hour for MA Level

$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity

$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience

$65-$70/hour for independent license

Salary:

Full Time $64,000 - $72,000

Premiums paid for:

Non-English language capacity

Experience

Select clinical specialties

EMDR Therapist Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required

EMDR Certification and at least 1 year of related EMDR experience

Clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (prior to start)

Independent Clinical License within 2 years

Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
