As a
Senior Business Advisor (SBA) you will be helping business owners begin to think strategically about one of the most significant financial transactions of their lives, the sale of their business. The importance of your role cannot be overstated. You will be given unlimited leads, and through outbound cold calling, introduce our industry leading M&A services.What makes a great SBA? You must possess the ability to initiate and direct high level conversations with business owners. Additionally, a strong phone presence and a comfort making cold calls to business owners on a daily basis is required. You will engage in conversations that help business owners begin to think strategically about their exit strategy (selling their business). You will receive the best training in the industry, including ongoing education, support, encouragement, and coaching from a seasoned sales manager who is committed to helping you succeed. You do not need Mergers & Acquisitions experience to succeed!
Compensation and benefits include:First year sign-on bonus up to $6K
Base salary + aggressive, no-cap commissions

Flexible start time and schedule (our top performers are able to work from 7:30am - 1:30pm on Fridays)

Base Salary: $37,500
Average Performers (Salary + Bonus): $40k - $55k
Mid-Average Performers (Salary + Bonus): $60k - $90k
Top Performers (Salary + Bonus): $90k - $150k
