Harmony United Psychiatric Care Operations Assistant (In-office setting) Hiring for West Florida (Tampa/Clearwater, Bradenton) About HUPC Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health, psychiatric, and psychological testing services in Florida through in-person visits and virtually through our secure online telehealth, telepsychiatry platform. We are continually growing our staff and client base at our current locations and developing new locations throughout Florida. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. Our approach is to develop trust and confidence with our clients and treat each patient/client with compassion and respect. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patient/client’s specific needs. Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in the office setting
Preferred experience in building maintenance and compliance
A current Florida Drivers License
General Responsibilities
The Operations Assistantis responsible for training providers and staff
The Operation Assistantwill assist the Office Assistants in new and existing office locations
Assist the Production and Maintenance and IT Department in ensuring compliance of office procedures, and HUPC locations adhere to proper safety standards
Assist in business growth and development projects, including but not limited to exploring new properties for suitability to open new offices

Work schedule:
40 hrs. Per week. Office Hours available Monday through Thursday (4 days x 10 hours)
