Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Weston, Florida. The role involves working cross-functionally in an environment that encompasses marketing, sales, IT, distribution, and other key areas. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer experience, while also supporting various internal teams and handling customer-related tasks.Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally with different departments including Marketing, Capital Sales, Field Service, IT, distribution, and more.

Handle Sales Support, Complaint Replacement Processing, Service Support, and Customer Experience delivery.

Develop and maintain healthy client/customer relationships.

Respond to both pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries.

Handle logistics of capital inventory and application evaluations for pre-sales.

Quote preventative maintenance and robotic repairs for billable customers.

Troubleshoot with international regulatory entities for customs clearance.

Handle inventory reconciliation for field service employees.

Communicate product recalls/quality control.

Participate in cross-functional tiers (MDI) to deliver results.

Provide phone support and respond promptly to inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.

Process all work in accordance with SOPs. Provide feedback for improvements.

Onboard and train new hires.

Build and maintain relationships with customers.

Record customer interactions, transactions, and product/service reports.

Maintain customer pricing in systems, handling contract entries as required.

Support Quality initiatives throughout workflow and procedures for accurate inventory records.

Provide support beyond standard hours if needed due to workload or call volume.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience working in a customer care role.

Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent record-keeping skills.

Experience with ERP systems, SOPs, and inventory management preferred.
