We’re united by purpose, inspired by you.The Specialty Support Representative provides support and direct inquiry resolution to an identified base of UKG clients on the Tax Filing platform. The Specialty Support Representative works in a team environment and responds to client inquiries received via the Salesforce platform, following tight deadlines during UKG peak quarter-end tax filing preparation and production schedule. The position requires the ability to provide excellent service by adhering to case management best practices and the ability to effectively work with internal team members and partners in a shared service delivery model.Duties and Responsibilities: Research and respond to client inquiries via Salesforce or in-bound call Handles and facilitates resolutions for customer escalations regarding tax issues Provide support to address reconciliation discrepancies for periodic, quarter-end filings Ensure customer profile data is properly maintained, including educating clients on required jurisdictional data to avoid discrepancies that result in late payments and/or failure to file returns accurately. Works with the appropriate team members to address and facilitate timely resolution to Payment Services inquiries May participate in client conference calls to address service issues Maintain the UKG support methodology and best practices. Builds and maintains strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization.Basic Qualifications: Customer Service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, and ExcelPreferred Qualifications: Experience with the payroll tax filing service bureau preferred United States multi-state and local payroll tax filing experience preferred Financial services orientation—banking, payroll, tax filing, or accounting AA in Business, Accounting, Financial arena, customer service related field or equivalent work experience will be consideredWhere we’re goingUKG is on the cusp of something truly special. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
