Seeking an office assistant with at Tax preparation knowledge or at least 1 year experience at Tax office or in accounting field. Ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized and reliable person who can work well with deadlines and have experience with Individual and Corporate tax returns.
Responsibilities & Requirements include:
- Basic knowledge of Tax preparation or accounting
- Communicate with clients face-to-face and over the phone .
- Collecting documents from client and organizing files
- Data entry and proficiency in computers
-Ability to adapt quickly and learn new software
- Bilingual (preffered but not required)
- Customer Service Skills
-Review and process invoices and other billing activities
-Check the accuracy of file entries, Identify, investigate, resolve and/or report on discrepancies.
