We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping systems
Preparing reports and reconciliations with exceptional accuracy
Managing and tracking health, vehicle, and home insurance policies
Assisting with personal administrative and scheduling tasks for the owner
Supporting leasing and property management activities as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high-level accuracy in data handling
Advanced bookkeeping skills, including reconciliations, reporting, and financial organization
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience managing insurance policies (health, auto, home)
Familiarity with leasing or property management preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strict confidentiality
This position requires professionalism, discretion, and a strong attention to detail.
