Job Opportunity: In-House Licensed Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivables and payables.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Perform regular financial audits and reconciliations.
- Perform daily requested tasks
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and laws.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Accountant (CPA preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of [3] years of experience in accounting, preferably in a contracting environment.
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
