We are looking for a dynamic bilingual (English - Spanish) individual with experience in personal tax preparation and customer service skills to provide the best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare personal tax returns
Provide exceptional service to clients, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
Address the different communication channels of the company.
Ensure the use of tax preparation software, CRM, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to carry out procedures related to customer service.
Guarantee timely payment for services sold.
Experience
2 years of experience in personal tax preparation.
Willingness to work a full-time office position and additional shifts during tax season, to oversee operations and assist clients personally.
Experience in accounting will be a plus.
